Gaining Momentum

Amazing times ahead for the Shed movement in Nottinghamshire.
We are about to open a new Shed in Nottingham City.
We have identified premises on the Whitemore Industrial estate on Nuthall Road.
Watch out for articles in the Nottingham Evening post and radio Nottingham in the near future.
We will also be opening a new Shed in Worksop.
All this was made possible with a genorous donation of funds from The Wilkinson Stores organisation.

Meanwhile the Shed at Blidworth is moving at full speed.

This fantastic  carved walking stick was created by Paul Anderson. It has been raffled and has raised £150 for the project.

Paul Smith is developing a newsletter that will initially be published every two months.
When it is ready we will provide a link from this blog.

TRAVIS PERKINS
We were very happy to welcome the management team from Travis Perkinson Monday 24th of September.
They seemed to be very impressed with the atmosphere at the Shed and we are hopeful that we will be forging links with their local branch.

THE CHRISTMAS BASH

The Christmas bash at Rainworth Miners Welfare was well attended.
All the volunteers pooled their Christmas allowance to provide the buffet.
Kev Gall bought along his home made pickled shallots and destroyed every bodies taste buds.
